LUNCH AND LEARN
The District Attorney's office has organized the Help, Hope, and Healing Conference for past two years. With keynote speakers such as Carolyn Thomas and Robin Givens the conference has delivered an important message to victims of crime ....."You have a VOICE."
In an effort to expand this conference into a year round movement, the DA's office now presents Help, Hope, Healing Lunch and Learn.
The purpose of this lunch and learn is to train service providers and to educate the community about the problems crime victims encounter and to initiate an awareness campaign of cooperative power to prevent crimes in our community.
